Shipping policy
At Watches of Australia our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in Australia. We deliver to all addresses in Australia.
Ship-from locations
Orders are dispatched from one of two warehouses: Auckland, New Zealand or Dubai, UAE. The warehouse depends on the product and is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Sydney Time
Shipping Fees (Australia)
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The shipping fee shown at checkout is the final amount charged.
Orders shipped from New Zealand
- DHL Express (1-4 business days): AUD $29.99 flat rate, including rural and remote areas.
Orders shipped from Dubai, UAE
- DHL Express (1-4 business days): AUD $24.99.
- Standard Shipping (3-6 business days): Free on orders of AUD $299.00 and above.
- DHL Express (2-6 business days) - Rural / Remote Areas: AUD $79.99 on orders of AUD $299.00 and above, or AUD $89.99 on orders under AUD $299.00.
No additional duties or taxes are charged on delivery.
Shipping Courier
We ship using DHL Express. Free Standard Shipping orders are delivered by the standard service shown at checkout.
Time Frame
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Order handling time: Order verification, quality check and packaging takes 0-1 day (Mon - Sat).
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your door. Delivery takes about 1-4 business days with DHL Express, 2-6 business days to rural and remote areas, and 3-6 business days with Standard Shipping, as shown for the option you choose at checkout. Your patience is appreciated as sometimes there can be small delays.
Track Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.
Shipping and Delivery Problems
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 10 business days of dispatch. We'll send a replacement or a full refund without waiting for the carrier's investigation.
Returns and defective products

Packaging
In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Watches of Australia reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Watches of Australia cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer's original packaging.
