Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At Watches of Australia our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in Australia. We deliver to all addresses in Australia.

Ship-from location

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand, and shipped internationally to your Australian address.

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Sydney Time

Shipping Fees

  • DHL Express (1-4 days): AUD $29.99 flat rate per order, including rural and remote areas.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The shipping fee shown at checkout is the final amount charged.

Shipping Courier

We ship using DHL Express.

Time Frame

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Order handling time: Order verification, quality check and packaging takes 0-1 day (Mon - Sat).
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in New Zealand to your door. Delivery takes about 2-4 days. Your patience is appreciated as sometimes there can be small delays.

Track Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.

Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Watches of Australia to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier accepts responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, Watches of Australia will gladly refund your original payment.

Returns and defective products

Please refer to our Return Policy.

Packaging

In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Watches of Australia reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Watches of Australia cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer's original packaging.
